    10 REASONS WHY WORK EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT

    Have you ever wondered why so much premium is placed on experience when a job advertisement is made? Getting work experience is an important part of starting your career as a young person. Some people have started acquiring work experience as soon they leave school or while at school; the earlier you start, the better it will be for your CV. Though, it might sound like a difficult thing to do because you need work to be able to acquire the experience. Experience is not limited to the time spent as an employee working at an organization, you can acquire some level of experience from working as an intern, apprentice, or freelancing.  

    I know that the idea of starting work early seems abhorrent, but here are 10 reasons why it should be your priority:

    Every person has a set of strengths and weaknesses. It helps to play to your strengths and work a way around your weaknesses. Work experience allows you to take stock of the situations and discover where you need to hone your skills.
