RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Support development of data reporting products such
as dashboards and in-depth quantitative analysis on
trends and forecast.
2.Generate dashboard mockups, charts, use cases,
process flow diagrams, and other system
documentation.
3.Collaborate with external client on improving
functionality, design and user experience, and
endorsing a culture where high-quality data is at the
forefront.
3.Track scope and changes throughout implementation
of reports and application changes, keeping
stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates.
4.Develop a strong understanding of the client
processes and procedures and assist with making
improvements relative to technology and processes.
5.Prepare agendas, biweekly status reports and follow-
up actions for meetings with external clients and
client’s vendors.
6.Enforce controls and formal reviews of the data to
improve data quality, audit trail and transparency.
7.Rapidly implement changes as policies and programs
evolve.
8.Perform and develop cost analysis for external client
management as needed.
9.Analyse/translate complex data and communicate to
our clients in a digestible way
QUALIFICATION:
1.Big picture thinker who is also detail and solution
oriented.
2.Team-oriented with the ability to work in team of four to
six people including on-site and remote staff.
3.Diplomatic and client focused.
4.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (statistics,
mathematics, science, accounting) or related field
5. 1+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role
with a bachelor’s degree.
