RISPONSIBILITIES
A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Shall ensure all staff work within the established SOPs.
Responsible for coordinating and reporting on the farm.
Submission of weekly and monthly reports to the Head Office.
Shall ensure clear communication lines
Shall be required to have meetings and quarterly reviews against the farm’s target with the MD.
Ensure proper staff conduct on the farm
Shall be responsible for stores
Supervise staff attendance
Shall ensure all staff are trained and engaged in meeting on the company’s targets
Having regular weekly meeting with staff and taking minutes which must be forward to head office
Work and update the marketing strategies for the company.
Timely submission of expenditure and budget report and ensure the office is operational on the farm
Proper recording of activities and expenses.
Address all staff issues and forward to Human Resource Manager at Head Office
Counter sign all deliveries on the farm
Ensuring all figures on the delivery note correspond to the order.
Shall ensure proper operations of the canteen committee.
Ensure to supervise the security officers
Ensuring productions are ready within timelines and supervising marketing processes
Ensure proper accountability of deliverable and drawing of budget to meet production in order to maintain farm progress
Planning training activities for staff, mentoring and monitoring them
Shall assist with recruitment of junior staff
Any other duties which may be assigned

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Business Administration, degree in Aquaculture or related field.
Must be results oriented and be prepared to stay on the farm.
References will be sought
