Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  3. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  4. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain an updated client database.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in agribusiness or FMCG.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing customer base.
