Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets in
both construction and architecture.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and
feedback.
2. Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the construction
and architecture sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
adapt strategies.

3. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with key
stakeholders in construction and architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure
customer satisfaction in both construction and design services.

4. Sales Forecasting:
  • Analyze sales data and industry trends to forecast sales performance and
identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and quotas for the sales team in
construction and architectural services.
  • Evaluate and adjust individual and team goals as necessary.
6. Product and Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on construction and architectural industry trends, products, and
services.
  • Assist the sales team with product knowledge and training in both sectors.
7. Bid Management:
  • Oversee the preparation of bids, tenders, and proposals for construction and
architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on competitive bidding strategies.\

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree/Masters in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales within the construction and architecture industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets in both sectors.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction and architectural processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
