Responsibilities:
Sales supervisor will be in charge of Van sales persons in a designated area. All the sales
person working in that area or market will be reporting to him. He will be responsible for
managing and growing his area and delivering the sales numbers every month. His
responsibilities include
1. Van Sales Management
2. Operations and logistics management for Van sales people
3. Daily follow up and reporting of sales numbers.
4. Managing sales persons and driving them to achieve the targets
5. Follows strict reporting and working time constraints
6. GPS Tracking and route monitoring
Skills Required:
1. Good communication skills in English and local Languages
2. Good mathematical and calculation skills
3. Good in using excel and computer usage
4. Convincing and determination
5. Team management and Leadership
6. Proactive and Result Oriented
7. To be able to work under pressure and strict timelines
