    A lot of people struggle to separate their issues from work, in the ideal situation everyone would love to draw a clear line between their home and what they do at work. The regular interference of one issue into the other can be confusing and time-consuming as well. It reduces productivity, creates an interlope of responsibilities. So, where does one draw the line between being sociable at work and keeping your private issues to yourself? Reserve personal time for other activities that allow you to take your mind off work, it’s good for your spirit and healing.  This serves as motivation to better manage your time, cancel an irrelevant event that doesn’t profit your well-being. 

    • Separate Your Personal And Business Social Media Accounts

    It is quite easy to create a social media account but you need to separate it from your professional work. Is ill-advised to allow your social media account to get involved in your company or organization’s affairs, make a distinction between the two.

    The best way to avoid overlap is to use different social media accounts for different purposes. An example is Twitter or LinkedIn are great tools for your professional network whilst Facebook or Instagram is much suited for sharing photos and news. 

    • Take A Break From Technology

    With the invention of technology, people are have become so overwhelmed and even lost themselves in it. Technology has affected every sphere of life, people never truly have complete separation from it. This has created blurred lines between personal life and work.

    You can simply turn off your phone or even decide not to use a smartphone for a period just to get a better side of you that you can live without technology when you’re home. Find a way to stay away from technology for just a few days to observe how you fare, though it might difficult but give it a try.

    • Meditation

    Meditation has proven to be the best way to absorb yourself from the hustling and bustling that comes with work or any other activity that consumes your time.

     It is an excellent way to disconnect from work once you arrive home, it helps you to be creative and reduce stress.  If you experience a problem unwinding even when you get home, resort to meditation.
