    The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance of the employee and determine the direction it goes to enhance productivity while still getting the right results. The link between job satisfaction and job performance is a bit complex; most employers say; employee morale is a crucial factor for success. It is a multifaceted and complex concept; many employers seek to understand the complete correlation between these two concepts to enable them to satisfactorily discharge their side of the bargain to their employees.
