PURPOSE Responsible for building our company’s brand and raising brand’s awareness, working across all levels and departments of our company to find what makes us unique and communicates our uniqueness to the world. DUTIES
Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights
Shapes and communicate our vision and mission
Translates brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Manages a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Leads creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market
applications and sales estimates
Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and
KPIs
Monitors market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Oversees new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions
Devises innovative growth strategies
Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Other Duties
Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
DEPARTMENTAL RELATIONS
Maintains contacts with all Senior Management Team, marketing team and all
other stakeholders
EXTERNAL RELATIONS
Develops and maintains contacts with marketing partners, retailers, media
partners, and other external partners
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum 3-5 working experience within an FMCG background
Proven working experience as Brand Manager
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate
recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
