1. Responsible for the development & performance of all sales activities of Branch/ Depot
2. Maintaining contact with dealers/channel sales partner to ensure high level of satisfaction.
3. Developing & implementing business plans & sales strategy to ensure attainment of company objective to ensure maximum growth & profitability.
4. Evaluating Branch/depot performance & making action plans.
5. Conducting regular Training & counseling for team members to build motivation & improve selling skills.
