Key Responsibilities:

3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues to ensure
customer satisfaction.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
Manage documentation and logistics for exporting goods.
5. Sales Operations:
Oversee daily export sales operations, including order processing, shipment
coordination, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of
products.
6. Business Development:
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote
products and generate leads.
Develop and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness in target
markets.
7. Budget Management:
Develop and manage the export sales budget.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the manufacturing
industry.
Proven track record of achieving international sales targets and expanding market
presence.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
