Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Analyze global market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

2. Market Expansion:

Identify new markets and establish business relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in
different regions.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues to ensure
customer satisfaction.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
Manage documentation and logistics for exporting goods.

5. Sales Operations:
 Oversee daily export sales operations, including order processing, shipment
coordination, and performance tracking.
 Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of
products.

6. Business Development:

Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote
products and generate leads.
Develop and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness in target
markets.

7. Budget Management:
 Develop and manage the export sales budget.
 Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
8. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of export sales professionals.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the manufacturing
industry.
 Proven track record of achieving international sales targets and expanding market
presence.
 Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export procedures.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
 Multilingual abilities are a plus.
