Responsibilities
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
*Qualifications*
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (A Construction
background will be an added advantage)
• 2+ years of proven work experience as a sales executive with an interior,
design, or construction company is preferred
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Good Knowledge of tele and digital marketing
• Computer proficiency, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Highly organized and able to maintain Project Files to include all drawings,
correspondence, quotations, and customer communications
